It's a benefit because the hotel has made an effort to line up the service and make it available. Otherwise I could stand in a long line outside the hotel for half an hour waiting for a regular taxi to pull up. Many locals come over to the Hyatt to get a cab because the area is so busy with shoppers and tourists.
