Hard question. Depends on where I'm going and why I'm going.
Usually I'm willing to pay 15-20cpm for a decent (flat-bed) C seat and 25-30 cpm for an F seat.
Needless to say that means a lot of UGs and award tickets. If I can't get to where I'm going in a comfortable seat and at what I consider a reasonable price, I either go at another time, go someplace else, or just stay put.
