I have received point credit for 2 rooms fairly recently, but both time I have had to escalate it to HHonors as the initial count did not include the second room (even though they did received benefits such as free breakast for the second room).
I also asked at FD three different places/times to put them on same folio (they have same reservation number....), FD assures that even though folio is listed different, they'll both credit....
Then they don't both credit and have to call HHonors and they will update to include points for the second room.
