I went to REI today. This what I learned.

1. It is a very light bag
2. Seems like a very strong and sturdy frame
3. Dimensions - 22.5" tall x 15" wide x 9" deep (easily fits AA's baggage sizer)
4. my laptop measures 13.125" (yes 1/8th) long x 9.25" wide. it barely fits in the back pocket, it will fit but I have to physically pull the zipper over the top. I have pictures and will see I can upload them.
5. front two pockets look like they would be great for shoes
6. there is a flat (lack of a better word) "loop" on the top front that I think can be used to help secure a top bag. not sure though.
7. the top pocket is perfect for the limited amount of liquids I bring

I didn't buy it because I am debating about using the 20% off on a running watch. keep y'all posted.
