Couldn't agree more. It should be revenue that goes directly to the hotels. Why they wouldn't put it as eligible charges ?
I think it's time for everyone to write to IHG about this. Maybe if enough people complain....hopefully they may change it along with the new IHG Rewards Club program...and make it consistent all extra person charges across all IHG brands to be eligible for elite-qualifying points.....
