I doubt the GA even knows it a CP booking compared to an RR or rev booking, the BP looks exactly the same as mine.
There is, at least, one slight difference on the Companion's boarding pass - a capital "X" appears next to the departure time of the companion's BP (the CP holder's may have a different letter, but not X).
