Nope. Never read him before and never heard of him before.
Reading the blog in question and the earlier two it linked to, it is very clear (at least to me) that he is presently irked with United and is using his position to exploit it. In this case, when such unsubstantiated stories are published without first seeking comment from the airline and giving them a reasonable period of time in which to respond before publication, I see that as a hack job.
That said, United deserves all the bad press they receive. It just is not professional journalism.

Guidance, yes. A guide, maybe not so much. Arguing that all PG-13 movies are the same is a mistake.
Saying all PG-13 films are acceptable is sure sight a lot better than saying, "Some R movies and some PG-13 movies may be ok."
