I have 2 award tickets booked roundtrip from roc-phx-lax-koa in economy , return flight F class HNL-EWR-ROC
Both husband and I have the United Explorer Chase and I have the CSP .
Our AF will be sometime in Oct & Nov for the 2 cards.
I booked the flights under my United Explorer ( paid fees with that card)
What are my chances of getting an upgrade from LAX-KOA having these cards and do I have to request an upgrade?
