I'm not sure if this datapoint is applicable here or somewhere else, but my wife was loading two cards on her Bluebird today, and she got an error (90) - I've seen several people on the big thread talk about that but no one knew what it meant.
When we called in to get it fixed, she could not duplicate the error, loaded the cards right in, and said that error (90) is when someone is using a bluebird without their actual name on it.
Don't know if that will help anyone, but figured I'd share.
