Jeff's e-mail goes to the exec offices, its not a state secret.

It used to be we got certs, but now you need the name of the person, which I am not rude enough to ask for. So when I have a complement (sent one in last week) I e-mail it to the e-mail for customer service for my level (GS) and describe the person so they can find them.

I always suggest people e-mail to the elite e-mail address on the back of their MP cards.

However, since the OP is a CP, not UA elite, I would simply write the executive offices. You can use [email protected]
