The 20% off was what made me go ahead and get the bag. If it doesn't work out, I'll take it back.
I don't have a bag bungee, but I have the kind of strap someone airline crew use to hang a second back off the handle of the first. IME, that still doesn't always prevent the bag from slipping around, even on a double-pole handle, but I've dithered long enough, there's only one way to really find out if a single handle will work.
