No offense meant to any of the above posters but in the wake of now being "SHARES-shy" & "SHARES-scared" , I frankly do not trust COdbaUA's automated anything* and I simply e-mail Jeff and let it play out from there. And I will tell you that it DOES work as after I e-mailed him and got a one line "thank you, we'll be sure to recognize <employee's first name>", I received a personal e-mail from that employee's supervisor (one was from an airport station manager and the other from the manager of TPA phone reservations)

*as to the "out-perform recognition" 3 employees I know very very well have told me that they don't get a copy of the nomination so as a result, they don't know about it at all-tho one did have my nomination quoted in the employee newsletter (but that's also how she found out about it)
