1. Happened last year with my wife and daughter.. I rebooked them on a paid flight, departed 2 days earlier than original - they missed last 2 segments and i had a row to myself in coach. Before boarding door closes FA will realize 2 pax are missing and ask you if they are coming. You say no and that's that.
