Since I'm only taking money out through bill pay so far, I always have a balance, since the amount I've added through VRs never perfectly equals the amount I'm paying out in bills. It's also a game of opportunity for me: if I have time to swing by a CVS and they have VRs, I'll add money to my account. If not, I don't. If I have bills due and enough in BB, I'll pay from there. If not, I don't.
