OP -have a look in the City - you might find some bargains as it's low season (I can see the Crowne Plaza Blackfriars, 2 double beds, for £219) , although with the Champions League Football, Wembley takes about 80,000 and the vast majority are going to be coming from out of town so demand will be high.

If I was you I'd probably make alternative arrangements....
