In ADDITION to the events mentioned above, also on that weekend:

RHS Chelsea Flower Show - 21st to 25th May 2013 (Probably why this area is expensive)
Aviva Premiership Rugby Final - 25th May 2013
Football League Championship Play-off Final - 27th May 2013
BUPA London 10,000 Run - 27th May 2013
