Unless there are compelling reasons, I would park my luggage (say in left luggage locker at station) and get train into Geneva. Five hours in any lounge is just too long and Geneva is a very nice city.
+1. I have spent many dull hours in that lounge. It's fine for a short wait but does get very full. It's an unrefurbished Terraces lounge with a few sandwiches and a reasonable selection of drinks, and IIRC three PCs, but that's all.

Airport to city is 15 minutes or so in the train, and the trains run very regularly. Leave your luggage in the lockers in the railway station (next to the airport, arrivals level).
