Be careful when you rent from them. I did a reservation via travelocity for 10 days in december 2012 @ Geneva airport, 586$ was the original price guaranteed by Travelocity.ca

At the counter they offered an upgrade for 200$... so 786$ should be the new total and no insurances needed. It ended up at 1 969$ for 10 days.

Tried to solve this with Avis, nothing they want to do... the cc is not able to help as it's more than 30 days!

GOOD WAY OF MAKING MONEY AVIS!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!
