A twin room it two twin (single) beds. It will only accommodate two people max.

Many overseas hotels have maximum occupancy. They enforce the maximum per room occupancy. The best thing is to either call the hotel directly or call Honors and see if they can find a room that will allow 4 adults. The rooms can be very small in some hotels. But even if the rooms are not tiny, the fire codes may not allow any more than 2 adults and a child.
