using LiveATC.net and the FLASH player (not the windows media player) I have found the delay to be 2-3 seconds, at least for EWR tower. I haven't tried every NY frequency. Using Media player I find 15-20 second delay. Also using a droid App I find it to be 15-20 seconds delay.

As recently as 2 weeks ago I have been on PMCO and the crews did not know anything about it. I was told by 2 pursers that they had not yet received any memo's about ATC.

Does anyone know if United is even informing the flight Crews that it's rolling out?
