I too have a UA award on Asiana. Just go to their website link and use the Guest Access section by entering your ticket number. Your united email should have the ticket number in it. Also, remember on the first name field to enter your first and middle name without a space. It doesn't require a login beyond that.

Tried this, still nothing. I get an error saying please check your ticket number.
When I open the site there is a 988 already in the ticket number box so I removed it and put my 016 number in. Still nothing. Looks like a phone call is required. Thanks anyway.
