In my personal opinion (as someone who's taken lots of W-E red-eyes), I'd refer any Boeing aircraft. I find the seat to be wider and more comfortable, since I seem to kinda crouch to the side to make up for the fact that I can't lie flat. However, I'll disclose that I'm a woman and don't take up the full seat on Boeing flights, where on Airbus, I feel like I take up more seat volume. YMMV.
