If I had not left on the first flight I might just say I'll stay and do the whole trip the next day. Not always possible. Otherwise I would head to a hotel and get some sleep. I have done shorter stays when overnighting. But just being able to get a few hours of sleep and a shower does wonders.

But as said above if weather the PAX pays if MX the airlines pays.
