But, really, I've just learned to enjoy the ride. The amount people stress over an extra $15 on a cab ride when they'll throw that much on one black jack hand or 10 minutes of slots or video poker has always seemed outsized to me.
Not that I don't get irritated with taxi drivers - like the one who went about 10 miles out of the way on a trip from Mandalay Bay to the airport on a Sunday morning - but I don't worry too much about winding up in the tunnel.
