From a visit to the AY lounge a couple of years ago, I recall that the lounge was very poorly catered as far as food (not meaningless snacks) goes. Has that situation changed at all?

I have a long transit stop in HEL coming up and don't feel like starving the whole evening. If the lounge does not offer much, what is the best value for money place one can go to? Both air-side as well as land-side at the airport.
