Not to go too far to the other extreme - my experiences in Flagship Suites has been very good. I have had many excellent flight attendants (not all, I agree), and while the seats are a bit worn, they can be very comfortable. I have never had an issue getting the L/XL pj's, although at your height, a pure XL would be better (as it would for me). I have found the food to be good - they will give you more salmon if you ask for it. The AVOD is good, the Bose headphones are good.

All in all, my experiences have been very good - and there is a lot of room in those suites to put everything out, so you don't have to keep going for the overhead.
