you know it's a shame that some poster's feel superior over others. I have been staying at the PHV for once a year for quite a while now ALL ON POINTS!
Yes I have a Hyatt card and I average 75 nights a year at Hyatt properties, mostly ALL upper tier properties. So I paid for the nights that I stay at the PHV. However as I sense from you I do not check in with an "entitlement" attitude like some poster seem to have.
