Check previous posts on this thread. What the email saying is that BPG has approved your claim and they are going to ask the hotel to comp your night.

What can happen is:

1. Hotel said ok and adjust the night to comp.;
2. Hotel said no and IHG has to reimburse you afterwards;
3. Hotel said no and tell BPG dept that the rate is not the same, bla bla bla..... and they will go back and revoke your claim.
