This has been an issue for years ... and reported very regularly here. The delays and problems are clearly intrinsic to the process.
What is perplexing is that it is inconceivable that ICHG management are not aware of the problem and you are left with the perplexing question what is the reason behind their lack of interest in resolving it?
I'm persisting with the thread - and hope others do so as well - out of morbid curiosity to see if anyone n ICHG takes the slightest interest in any of these serious CS issues that are effecting their most valuable customers.
