I think last night the staff were more concerned about trying to get everyone re-booked than taking the time to explain EU261 to each passenger.
I've submitted a claim this morning via the wesbite, so it's wait & see time now.
They should have a preprinted sheets with the details. Can put one on the desk and people can take one as they go. No reason for the agent to have to explain to each person, but the passengers are supposed to be informed of their rights
