I received this initial confirmation email within 12 hours of filing my claim. I have never used ICH BPG before. Is this telling me that they have approved my claim and I *will* get the free room, or are they telling me that I *might* get a free room? I guess what I am asking is, from your collective experiences, what are the chances that they will NOT approve the claim from this point forward?
