I have a current booking which I can't cancel online.

Initially there was a cancellation of our outbound sector, BA auto rebooked us onto an earlier flight which was not convenient, so we called up and got it changed to al later flight.

Our plans have now changed and we do not require the flight, but when we try to cancel online it just says the records do not match, as BA re-issued the ticket.

Cancelling Avios flights is not normally an issue, in fact we also cancelled a 2-4-1 voucher booking last week online with no issues.
