Because you get more privacy with the sCO seats that are slanted towards the side so that the person sitting in the aisle seat feels like they are looking over the shoulder of the person in the window seat?

sUA seats are from 2006, so hardly considered new generation. It is the sCo seats that were installed in 2009 that should get that distinction. And the sCO seats are even more packed when you consider how tight the pitch is. And since they are angled, they make the aisle (particularly on the 752s) really really narrow.
I really wish instead of installing the sCO seats on the reconfigured 763 and 752 (as well as 787) they went with something more recent like the staggered business class seats that ANA/Swiss/Austrian/etc. are using.
