Thanks, I'll try that again but our next trip we purchased as 2 one ways. I did try that last year on a trip to LHR but aeroplan/ or AC ( I can't remember who refused). It was frustrating because outbound we were UG YQR-YYZ but not YYZ -LHR. I didn't have enough left to try the return trip but my wife had a load and we weren't able to use them they said.
