Love Scene is just at the exit of Soi Cowboy and normally I would never even think of trying food in that street. I'll give it a look and maybe a try the next days, when I'm around Asoke.
Charley Brown's: Soi 11 is another notorious red light district and the food around there usually overpriced and rarely acceding average (if even that). Hmm, maybe worth a try before heading to Bed Supperclub next friday...
Soi 11 is hardly a "red light district". You're way off there. Now, Love Scene is full of bar girls and their customers late night and is 50m from Cowboy. Food's real good if you like Issan cuisine. IMO there is no good Mexican food in Thailand, Vietnam, or Cambodia. We expect Mex to be cheap and w/the price of Mexican ingredients in SE Asia frequently astronomical, corners are cut.
