I've been trying to request my 7-year expiry status via the aeroplan website for a week now, and all I get is this:
"Your request for the Seven Year Expiry Report has failed. Please try again later."
Anyone else? I don't feel like trying the web support phone line, but I've emailed the superelite desk.
Apparently the online system has been down for days now. AE know about this but either can't fix it or can't be bothered to.
You can get a balance (apparently) by calling AE and having an agent put in the request for you.
