Back to the OPs problem, you are not alone. I have had constant problems getting updates from AE on my 7 yr itch, I will ask and get no reply despite the message saying we have sent it to you. I have brought this up twice now at least with senior management who are equally concerned there is a glitch for some of us. They are working on it is best I can say. About 10 days later, I finally got a statement on the 7 yr issue but I am not convinced the problem has been resolved. I intend to give it another try in about 2 or 3weeks due to some recent redemptions I have made.
