Off the top of my head, I think SPG points are worth 2.25 cpm. UA are worth 1.5cpm. These are subjective, of course, but in the ballpark. So, unless you're getting 1.5x more UA miles than SPG, don't do it.
Don't put miles into DL. Alaska is a partner, so credit DL flights to them, as I've already mentioned.
You need to spend some hours reading up on the best way to maximize your points/miles. It's not easy, but can pay off.
