Despite this and another similar thread, it's interesting to note that there is not a single report of a closed Bluebird account.

Because of that any conjecture as to what would result in a closure is speculative at best.

As far as the actual topic of the thread, the best way to avoid a FR would be to not buy more VR than your reported income to them at the time of application would support.
