I was actually planning on having a new EU passport rushed, but when I went there last week they said they no longer do it unless it is an unforeseen emergency. To get a visa on my US passport might be possible, but from what I've heard it is hard to say for sure so I wanted to know what other options I'd have if it didn't work.
