I've been able to cancel / change a Avios RFS booking online if the booking was made via ba.com, if the booking was made via avios.com, it's classed as a travel agent booking and you have to call Avios directly.
I booked on BA.com.
On the Manage My Booking, and in the bottom right hand corner it says 'Change booking', then there's an option 'Cancellation option for this booking'. If I click this I get a message to call the service centre. This happens for all my Avios bookings made on BA.com.
Am I doing this correctly, or missing something?
