Late last year I had a C&P res at 1180THB. The lowest price I can remember for a straight prepay was about 1800. The 20,000 rate was odd.

I typically can get 0.5cpp+ on C&P rates here which is worthwhile especially during last years Q4 promo where a night would generally net 9K pts.

But the 15K --> 28K pt award night bump is rather harsh.
