Well maybe, but without any dates to work with, who knows? Is the OP talking next week or 11 months away? And if he really needs to get to HKG, fly to YVR first. Jeepers. Most people here seem to want as many connections and stops as possible (which I dont get, so I sympathize with the OP). But if the OP is trying for next week or the week after, then this shouldnt really surprise anybody. OTOH, if he is trying for the first two weeks of March, 2014, that would be disappointing.

And another thing (!!!). J is only $2800 from YYZ to HKG direct (one way). No wonder it is sold out.

Finally, quick search shows there is very limited availability very far out. But that still doesnt mean none. If there is never any R space (assuming R = IKK) then I would be upset too. But if R =2 at T - 350 or whatever, that is different. Still not good, but not equal to zero.
