Looking to do our first vacation with the now 7 month old twins, so looking at two-bedroom condo-type places near the beach.

Marriott Singer Island looks OK, and it is a Marriott, so it is what it is.

Sitting on Marriott points, so looked to see what it would be. Base rate of 35k per night, and then a $350 per night to upgrade to the premium two-bedroom.

The daily rate for the premium two-bedroom? $334 per night.

So, I'm thinking I might not use 280k Marriott points, and still have to give them an extra $16 more dollars a night over the daily rate.
