I think that if they're looking to take care of something, they should fix the fact that this whole itinerary should have been bookable by DL. Clearly, as far as KL was concerned, there was availability in O. There's a systems issue that prevented this from working in the first place. I think that all I did was work around whatever bug caused the flights to not be bookable by DL agents.
