I dont think flying into Europe is going to be very attractive to anyone but very thrifty leisure travellers.

I only fly to Europe as I don't support the upgrade tax that I have to pay to upgrade an AA, flight.
My employer is cheapest ticket but will pay for all extras in order to satisfy the requirements of said tickets.
