Did it get ticketed as a DL 006 ticket? So you mean the PNR was created in AF/KL system, DL accessed it, and ticketed it as 006 (and then at that point you also got the DL PNR, that is different from the AF/KL one, right?)?

And how did you get KL to put it together for you, if your FB account has 0 miles (I presume)?

And more interestingly, how did the fees/taxes charged by DL ($xxx.xx) compare to those that the KL itineary showed? (As normally if booked on DL vs. AF/KL the fees should be considerably less, so I am curious here, did those get recalculated by DL using the DL method, or did the higher AF/KL fees stick here.)
