The blurb they posted is not a calm, reasoned argument phrased to make them look good and the FA bad. It came across, perhaps unintetionally, like a juvenile rant, with "hate" (really? hate?) and self-assured analysis of the FA's psychology.
I have had airline personnel blow up,though not in a plane (e.g., gate agent for US Airwlays at CLT who lost it recently when people didn't line up in the way he felt they should), but OP doesn't say the FA yelled, just that they were bullying, for some unknown reason (and wanting to make them pay, as though the FA gains from that). I guess OP won't fly Spirit again. That's for the best. They can pay more with other airlines (which is what I already do).
I've sat in exit rows probably 20 times on Spirit and never been asked to recite anything. Maybe they instituted a new policy or maybe she had another reason to want to move OP. Even if it was simply a power trip, why post her picture and name here instead of simply complaining (here without identifying information and to the airline with her name, etc.)
