Well, yes it's fine if you are willing to pay a rather hefty sum of money for nice wines and snacks rather than make use of your free lounge access but I'll admit that if it comes to that I prefer to use my cash to enjoy the much nicer options that the real Roma has to offer and stick to the AZ lounges which have rubbish food and limited drinks but some very nice seats and excellent coffee.

PS: O'Hare, I believe that there are branches of the Frescobaldi bar in both T1 and T3.
