If the change hasn't ticket it yet you should be able to get it reversed for free.

Assuming it has ticketed, I would call to plead your case. Even if you do get lucky, it might take several calls to get a sympathetic ear (i.e., if they reject your request, call again and ask another agent). If it's within 24 hours of the change request, you may have more luck.
